ミラノの家族は、自然なワインを作る技術のパイオニアです。アンリ・ミランが工業化されたワイン造りに反抗し、彼のワインメーカーの父であるロバートのブドウの木を使ったブドウだけで生のワインを作り始めてから35年以上が経ちました。
最近、彼は写真への愛情に再燃し、息子のテオフィルは美しいプロヴァンスの邸宅を経営し、長年の家族の専門知識に創造性と自然な才能を加えています。
敷地内には20種類以上のブドウもあり、赤、白、ロゼ、スパークリング、そしてオレンジのすべての種類のワインをカバーしてきます。毎年、エステートのセラーから新しいおいしい調合品が登場します！

This is a natural wine you would expect to be served in a French bistro.
Sweet cherry notes on the nose and a delectable taste of ripe red fruits. This fruity and full-bodied Merlot/Carignan is a mix between 2017 and 2018 vintages; it is simply flawless. One of our absolute favorites! Perfect for the cold autumn and winter seasons as it is a little higher in alcohol (14.5%).
Reynard Rebels takes its name from the town of Château Renard, where the grapes come from and “Rebels” because they were initially intended for the cooperative but saved by the Milan Estate.

Wine Description:
White wine with a quince colour (macerated).
This unfiltered white wine - which took on its orangey colour after the maceration of white grapes for 30 days in concrete vats - is also slightly cloudy.
Subtle honey and pineapple notes, this clean tasting macerated white with light tannins is refreshing and is an amazing addition to your aperitifs or meals. Layered with subtle expressions, each of them contributing to making Luna & Gaia 2018 an elegant and delicious wine.

Vinification is respectful of the grapes and is identical to that used for the Beaujolais Nouveau: one week of carbonic maceration, and two months of maturation in vats.
Bottled at the end of October 2020 without fining or filtration, and zero sulphur!
